Restored Lawn-Boy 8243 self propelled lawn mower in very good condition. This mower features Lawnboy's legendary F series OMC 2 stroke engine. It also features a light weight cast aluminum deck and a capstan drive self propel system. Requires a 32:1 gas/oil mix.
This machine has been restored and is fully operational. The entire mower has been thoroughly cleaned and degreased. The cast aluminum mower deck has been professionally blasted and powdercoated Lawn-Boy green. The deck does have some pitting. The handle has also been powdercoated Lawn Boy green. The tank has some discoloration and fading. There is no rear grass flap.
The carburetor has been disassembled and cleaned. The fuel shutoff valve on the tank seeps slightly in the closed position; replacement parts are not available. The wheels show minimal wear.
