What happens if I have trouble with my Lawn-Boy I purchased from you?
Each mower is test run to confirm proper operation before it is shipped, but we realize things sometimes do go wrong. We will do our very best to help you with any trouble you have. We are available via email and telephone to assist with any concerns or problems. In most cases, we can solve your problem and talk you through any trobleshooting.
Are there any guarantees or warranty?
I guarantee each mower to operate properly on arrival. There is no warranty. Replacement parts will be provided to correct any operational issues reported at delivery along with remote assistance to install any defective parts. In the event of an issue that can not be resolved, you can return the mower for a refund with prior authorization. Return shipping is at your expense.
What is the difference between a reconditioned mower and a restored mower?
In both cases, each machine is thoroughly cleaned and degreased. Any needed mechanical repairs are completed and worn parts are replaced to make sure the mower functions properly. In the case of a reconditioned mower the process ends here. A restored mower also includes cosmetic recondtioning including paint touch up or complete repainting as needed. A reconditioned mower is a good choice if you are looking for a mower for normal use. A restored mower is great for normal use or for display as part of a collection.
